1. Return Policy

  • Returns are not accepted for fresh mushrooms once delivered, as they are perishable goods.
  • If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect order, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery.
  • To request a replacement or refund, provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged, spoiled, or not as described upon delivery.
  • The order was not delivered due to an issue on our end.
  • Cancellation was made before dispatch (refunds may take 7-10 business days to process).

4. Refund Processing

  • Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
  • Refund status updates will be provided via email or SMS.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • If the issue is reported after 24 hours of delivery.
  • If the mushrooms were not stored properly after delivery, causing spoilage.
  • Minor variations in size, shape, or color, as these are natural agricultural products.
